The plier is designed to lift aluminum plates in a horizontal position up to 27 tons with a useful opening from 1.10 to 2.80 meters. This gripper is characterized by a completely mechanical system that guarantees a clamping force proportional to the load to be handled and to its opening. It also has an automatic hooking/unhooking system that allows you to have the pliers always ready for gripping, without any intervention by the operator. The study was conducted with FEM analysis.
